PE

Welcome to PE!

In Years 7, 8 and 9 all students have two hours of Physical Education each week. Students study a wide range of activities including; team games, dance, gymnastics, trampolining, climbing, outdoor adventurous activities, health related exercise/fitness (with access to the fitness suite), athletics, cricket, rounders and more!

We focus on mastery of physical skills, knowledge and application, competition and performance, sportsmanship and health and well-being. There is an emphasis on engaging with more than the traditional practical element of Physical Education, we also look at leadership, development of the students 'personal best' and improvement of a students fitness.

Students are taught and encouraged to lead a healthy, active lifestyle. Students have access to an extensive range of extracurricular opportunities available throughout the year.

Please take some time to look through the curriculum content we deliver at KS3.
